This is a very simple tutorial. We just need some u-paper pins and a round pliers.
I'm using big paper clip. It can hang a Barbie size doll dress. Use round pliers to bend ,so that the pin bends smoothly without shaping out.

P.S: I used a pin that have a plastic cover over it. You can remove it, if you prefer.

| Mark the center and turn AD part upwards and bend B pivoting at A and bring B towards C. Remember B part should overlap AD. |
